The official letter of Mr. Kofi Annan to forbide the usage of “Gulf” instead of correct “Persian Gulf” use
Imagine that I found a new term to be used after the name of “United Arabic Emirates;” Let’s call it “Federal Persian semi-Island” afterwards. It is not measurable that how much is it funny, childish and ignorantly to forge a historical fact and alter it just for the sake of financial benefits and sycophancy for multinational companies!
Let’s turn you over the scandalized dossier of Persian Gulf renaming by Google maps. Does anyone exactly know that what was the real story? I’ll explain you!
Google managers received about 10,000 dollars in their bank accounts from Arab sheikhs and renamed the eternal Persian Gulf to another fictitious term in order to flatter the Arab well-to-dos and please them! Nobody witnessed behind the scenes and all the users of this notorious service (Google map) suppose that they are facing the reality; nobody knows that he is being deceived and beguiled by a cooperative Arabian-American project that is designed for evil purposes.

an antique map showing Persian Gulf with its real name
Anyhow, either we crave or not, Persian Gulf is a historical reality, not belonging to 10 or 20 years ago.
During 600s BC, the Greek Herodotus mentioned it as Persian Gulf, few centuries later the voyager Ibn Battuta named it with the same term and all of the documentaries and maps indicate it. But I think that it is not our duty to prove the Persian legitimacy of this water body just as we never struggle to verify that when is day or when the night comes!
But let’s express that renaming any land, water body, gulf or river which name’s has been registered by the UN is counted as illegal action and be prosecuted lawfully.
Today is named as the national day of Persian Gulf in Iran and I’d like to congratulate all Iranians and Persian-speaking around the world and all of those who adore reality, truth and faith!

The Iranian runoff parliamentary elections in second round have been held on Friday to clear up the remaining seats of the 8th parliament of Islamic republic of Iran.
From the seaboards of Caspian Sea to the coastlines of Persian Gulf, coming from any race and ethnic group, the Iranian people participated in the second round elections to dispatch their desired nominees for the legislator organ.
Yesterday the overwhelming swarm of the Iranian youth to cast their votes to the global media and make decision for their future 4 years compelled the interior ministry to prolong the voting time for more 2 hours while many disfavored to vote because of crowding throngs queuing for the ballots.
The Iranian parliament is consisted of 290 seats while there are 3 seats contemplated for religious minorities including Zoroastrians, Jews and Christians offering the Iranian parliament a unique democracy for all tribes, groups and social layers.
Regardless to the results pointed out, the mainstream media start their black propaganda project months before any election in Iran to disappoint the people for future and show off their votes ineffective on the country’s situation.
But the energetic and hopeful youth of Iran contributed in the elections like always heedless to the liar newspapers and mendacious powers who always try to discourage the Iranian people for construction and creativity.

Abu Mo’in Hamid ad-Din Nasir ibn Khusraw al-Qubadiyani commonly known as “Nasir Khusraw” was an outstanding Iranian and Muslim philosopher, thinker, voyager and philosopher of 1004 CE whose prominent work of distinction was the “Safarnama (Epistle of travels)” in Persian.
He was also a dexterous poet whose diwan has been composed in the ages of retirement, mostly dedicated to morality and ethics.

(Some surviving manuscripts of Travelogue by Nasir Khusraw)
The below story adapted from his diwan which is one of the most popular verses of Nasir Khusraw, frequently referenced by researchers and scholars is about a proud eagle that appreciates himself and his ample wings abundantly but finally comes to target of an archer. Eventually he discovers that the peak of arrow has been made of an eagle’s feather that shares the same origin and breed with him.
One day got an eagle on the rock, being prepared for a delicious bait.
Looking at the rightness and magnificence of his wings, eagle said to himself: “today the entire world is under my surveillance, flying on the sky zenith and observing even a living spot under the deep seas. I will clearly witness if a little gnat moves in the straws and motes.”
He admired himself and showed a lot of haughty without having any foresightedness and providence.
But finally, the kismet defeated him and suddenly a pungent shaft has been shot to his wings that you can not imagine that how painful and heart-rending the shot was.
He felt on the ground and wallowed as a moribund fish flouncing and writhing.
On that dying state, he said to himself astonishingly: “Wow! How tapered and irascible was the arrow! Of course it is made of wood or iron!”
But… he looked on his wounded wings and found his feathers forming the shaft unbelievably. “Nobody has to be rebuked. It is made of me and comes to me at last!”

Not exclusively for the Muslims, the Holy Quran is a book of trustworthiness, peace, love and blessing belonging to all of the broad-minded and freeborn around the world regardless to their religion, nationality and gender.
Quran means “readable” etymologically and considered as one of the most marvelous and elevated books in the history of world culture.
Holy Quran is counted as the miracle of Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) since the almighty lord inspired its verses celestially to him and the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) wrote them, although he was uneducated.
There is no sign of coarseness or roughness found in this holy book and all is love, satisfaction and guidelines toward a pure life, while the extremists try diligently to alter and tamper it.
The holy Quran is consisted of 114 esteemed chapters, each of them devoted to one aspect of human life, inviting the mankind elegantly to change their unfavorable habits, try to assist the poor and helpless, dedicate their time to study and thinking. This is all the Holy Quran requests of us…
Now you decide how honorable and respected is a religion that is based on culture, tenderness and “Book”…

A Persian Sculpture exhibited at
The Persian culture is so absorbing that enamors everyone who understands beauty, elegance, dignity, morality and inspiration.
A great and distinguished sample is Johan Wolfgang Goethe the fabulous German poet who was vigorously in love of his Iranian preceptor, Hafez Shirazi that he finally devoted his “Western-Eastern diwan” to Persian literature sprouted by Hafez.
A contemporary example can be also mentioned; Prof. Richard Nelson Frye who is a reputable American scholar involved in Iranology studies, sent an official request of Iranian president to be buried in the vicinity of Isfahan’s Zayande Rud after his death.
Numerous personals in the world are really so bewitched with the Persian culture and civilization that consider Iran as their second homeland, regardless to their political, scientific or social figure and personality.
Within the last few days, a main headline of global media was inaugurating of the “Glory of Persia, the territory of Persian Gulf” festival in the national museum of South Korea which attracted lots of Korean citizens and politicians.
The festival has been carried on along with a comprehensive exhibition of Persian and Islamic civilization consisted of stalls within pictures and paintings, special pavilions for displaying Persian genuine cuisines and edibles, books collections etc.
In addition to all above, the dazzling show of Persian ancient artifacts and historical relics dating back too 600 BC was another charming part of the fair attended by thousands of Koreans.
One of the celebrated visitors was a real lover of Persian culture, Lee Young ae, an award-winning gifted Korean actress, the goodwill ambassador to UNICEF and the role-player of many dominant TV dramas in South Korea.
As a renowned artist and actress, Lee is very popular in Iran and mainly called “Yangom” among her Persian fans, frequently been asked for interviews and news conferences.
Yangom chose only to take part inside an exclusive interview with the Iranian TV between thousands of interview requests submitted to her. Mansour Zabetian was the Persian reporter to whom Yangom interviewed.
“I love Iranian culture, Iranian people and the Iran” Lee Young replied after a question about the reasons of her decision to hold an interview with IRIB.
Taking part in the exhibition, Yangom was encircled by many of her fans, taking part in another interview with IRIB, speaking about her deep passion with Persian culture and Iranian people, showing the meaninglessness of geographical borders and frontiers when “love” and “peace” comes around and this appreciating human sense is nothing to do with borders, places and times.
